With a pleasure we would like to inform you, that the International Taekwon-do Federation under the leadership of Master Tran Trieu Quan received the certificate confirming that the ITF is the rightful owner of all rights to the ITF logo. The registration was made in the OAMI - Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, which is in charge to protect the trade marks and designs. According to this document the right to use the ITF symbols in the European Union have only licensed ITF organizations and affiliated member countries.

To use the name and logo of the ITF without permission by not authorized persons is a crime.
